i. SIA Kiscom (Mainframe Computer Centre in the seventy)

b. Under-floor A/C System c/w water detector

ii. Three tower block Raffles City Singapore including the then tallest hotel Westin Stamford, Westin Plaza Hotel and 40 storey office tower. (1984)
a. Computerised integrated Fire Protection and Lift Safety System which were the first of its kind in Singapore.
b. Integrated Building Automation System with two control centres each assigned with access code.
c. Security System complete with,
· CCTV together with multi-plexing and sequential switching system.
· Motion activated event recording.
· Alarm System utilizing card access control, motion and infra red detectors, break glass detectors, vibration detectors.
· Programmable guards tour.
iii. First designed installation of Thermal Storage Air Conditioning System using ice storage for 1 Utama Shopping Center at Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The storage capacity of 25,000 RT is also the biggest ice storage system in South-East-Asia. (1995)

Experience :
Has more than 24 years of experience all in M&E Consulting Engineering works in Malaysia and Singapore. The experience ranges from the concept design to the hand-over of the project, which includes concept planning, design, site supervision and contract management for various mechanical services for various type and size of building.
His expertise includes engineering design and design management, project and maintenance management and contract administration. My technical competencies cover the areas of general mechanical engineering (which include water services and sanitary plumbing system, water pumping system, fire protection system, vertical transportation system and building, automated control system), plant engineering, HVAC systems, tunnel ventilation, general lighting and power, energy audits and analysis and multi-disciplinary systems.
In year 2009, I had successfully passed the Green Building Index (GBI) Facilitator examination and register as an accredited Green Building Index (GBI) Facilitator.
In year 2011, I had successfully passed the Practice of Professional Engineering Examination by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore and now in the process of preparing report to sit for the interview for applying as a Professional Engineer in Singapore.
